Mark your calendar – Annual Meeting & Christmas Party

Join us on Saturday, December 3rd for the Annual Membership Meeting and Christmas Party! We will be returning to the Elliott home in Enumclaw, WA. Meeting starts at 3pm and will include elections to the Board of Directors – individuals interested in running should contact Kirk at rideawalker@hotmail.com. Following the meeting will be a potluck dinner, the famous Wrapped Gift Auction, and other fun stuff.

Auction: Please bring wrapped gifts for the auction – somewhat horse related is preferred and at least $25 value. Items that belong to a specific audience (kid, female, adult only) should be clearly marked. Don’t be afraid to ask for donations from stores you frequent. Here are forms you can print or email:

Potluck Dinner: Please bring a dish to serve at least 12 people. Main dish (protein), side dishes (salads, pasta, potatos, vegetables), appetizers, and desserts are needed. Volunteers are also needed to bring beverages. BYOB. As the party gets closer, we will coordinate food via emails. If you have questions or already know what you want to bring, email Becca (rebac@hotmail.com). Donations of a ham, turkey, roast, or ??? to serve the whole group (~50) are welcome too!!
